In the past few years Deb's Construction, Inc. has expanded its services to meet the increasing demand for commercial construction. Deb's Construction has the capability to work through a project from its conceptual stages to completion.

Our commercial projects include: Richmond Federal Credit Union; Gwathmey Baptist Church; Newfound Church of Christ; and Hadensville Cafe.

Program Development
We work with our clients to develop the plan and design, discuss building functionality, budget, determine the physical requirements of the project, and review any materials the client may desire for the project.

Document Existing Condition
For new construction, we gather information about the site (its size and constraints), measure and take photographs of pertinent existing structures and natual features, and draw a base plan of these items.

We facilitate any septic design, roadwork, utility access and topographic surveys as required.

Construction Documents
We produce a set of drawings and specifications necessary to build the project. These documents may include floor plans, elevations, sections, interior elevations, details, foundation plans, electrical and/or mechanical plans, as well as notes or written specifications, and window, door, lighting and finish schedules.

Permitting
We submit the necessary drawings and specifications to the appropriate authorities for approval, and represent the client at permitting hearings as necessary.

Construction Administration
Our project manager is on site during most of the construction to answer any questions that may arise.
